Shipping and Delivery Details
All deliveries are subject to stock availability and authorization of your payment. Since our goods are handcrafted items, delivery of same may require additional time, from our end. Your items, however, should arrive to you no later than 15-20 working days after we have received your order (depending on the destination). If there are any delays, we will notify you of such delay, as soon as possible.
TRIA ETC is NOT responsible for any delays of your package during delivery, resulting from postal delays or force majeure. We can either deliver your order to the billing address of the card you use to pay for your order, or you can specify an alternative address at the checkout. In the unlikely event that the ordered item(s) appearing available, are sold out in desired sizing and/or coloring, we refund your money (see also Return Policy).
Please note that your order will incur shipping charges. The shipping costs vary with each shipping destination and the weight of your order.
Non-European Union customers may incur extra charges ensuing from the differences in currency, customs clearance expenses, import duties, product restrictions, and other local regulations for which our Company cannot be held liable.
You have the right to withdraw your order in whole or in part within a time-limit of fourteen (14) days from the date you received it, without bearing any obligation to inform us of the reason for a return of your order. In this case, you shall bear the immediate shipping cost for returning the product. If the reason for returning an item lies with a Company’s error, we undertake to cover the cost of the product return.
In order to perform your right of withdrawal, you need to send us your request at firstname.lastname@example.org mentioning the order date and order number or you can use our Model Withdrawal Form, instead.
You should always arrange return of the goods within fourteen (14) days from sending of your withdrawal request to our Company’s address: TRIA ETC, 10 Agion Theodoron Str - 145 62, Kifissia, Athens – Greece. In order for us to be able to proceed with your reimbursement timely, we suggest that you return the undesired item(s) the sooner possible.
In order for us to be able to refund your money, both the returned item(s) and the packaging have to be unused, with their tags on and in the original box. Returning items necessitates prior approval by our Customer Care Team. Please call +30 210 80 12 044 or send an email to email@example.com.
We will reimburse you within 14 days from receipt of your withdrawal, but we can delay refunding you if we have not received the returned items. This refund shall include the shipping charges you paid when you made your purchase. However, we may charge you additional delivery costs if you specifically requested non-standard delivery. Refunds may be remitted to the credit card, debit, prepaid card, PayPal account or bank account initially used for paying the order.
We cannot provide replacement service. In case you wish to change any product(s), you need to send back such item(s) to the Company and following the Return Policy, make a new order. If the reason for returning a product is due to a Company's error, then the Company shall bear the relevant return cost.
